We provide an excellent preceptorship for nurses just starting their career together with a variety of career development opportunities for those looking to progress within the nursing profession.

If successful in your application, we offer a relocation package, annual bonus payments of £1,119 and payment of your NMC subscription. In addition, for certain roles we offer a £3,000 bonus payable after two and four years.*

We offer subsidised accommodation for staff who are travelling to the island alone or if you are bringing a partner or family, we are able to provide rental assistance and a five-year housing licence to allow you and your family/partner to live and work in Guernsey.*
