Job Details
Clayton Recruitment's specialist Nursing Division is currently recruiting for an experienced RGN Staff Nurse for our clients medium sized Nursing Home situated in Chichester. This home provides person-centred, Residential, Nursing and Dementia care. The home has an excellent reputation, maintains high occupancy levels and receives consistently good CQC reports.
The role will be full time Days OR Nights at a rate of £14 -£16 per hour (dependant on experience and qualifications)
Applicants are required to be RGN trained and will have a genuine interest in working with the elderly. Communication skills are essential and applicants must be able to communicate effectively at all levels. Current NMC Registration is paramount.
Additional requirements
- Experience of working in a general nursing home environment
- Palliative care experience
- Up-to-date clinical skills
- Self motivated with the ability to lead a team of HCAs
