RGN days - outstanding home

Clayton Nursing is currently representing an established General Nursing Home situated in Todmorden on their search for an RGN or RMN/ RNLD with strong clinical skills.

This well established service (RATED OUTSTANDING) caters for elderly residents with General Nursing requirements (1/3 of the clients here) and Physical Disabilities. There is some Dementia care at the home but this is not a specialist category. The home is always at full occupancy and the Home Manager has been in post for almost 20 years.

The role can be full time days (37.5) or 2 nights per week (paid breaks) with an offered rate of pay between £15 - £16 per hour and Shifts at the home run from 8:00am - 8:00pm/ 8:00pm - 8:00am for Nurses who are fully paid for handovers and breaks. This client also pays annual NMC pin fees.

The eligible candidate will be dynamic and able to manage multiple responsibilities with ease. You will be flexible and have a good attitude and genuine caring nature towards elderly care.

To be considered for this post you will be;

RGN or RMN qualified with ideally 2 years experience of working in a General Nursing Home

Essential experience of working with Older Adults

Be passionate and proactive

Hold full NMC pin registration
