Clinical Team Leader (Complex Mental Health)

Available in the Birmingham area - Clayton Nursing have a truly unique opportunity for a Clinical Team Leader to join our clients specialist Mental Health Team on nights. This is a full time post offering 42 hours per week with an hourly rate of £16.50.

Reporting directly to the Clinical Director you will work with a night team that consists of 2 Staff Nurses, 1 Nurse Assistant, 4 Team Leaders and 20 Care Staff (Full and Part Time), based across two buildings.

This service caters for adults with Mental Health conditions, Dementia in younger and older adults including rare forms, Learning Disabilities and complex care needs.

To be considered you will have worked in a leadership role previously and must be Nurse trained with active pin. Nurses from all backgrounds can be considered (RGN/RMN/RNLD) but you must have experience of working with enduring Mental Health conditions and challenging behaviour. You will be a multitasker with a natural flair for leadership and a genuine desire to coach, develop and motivate your team towards excellence.
