At Tŷ Gobaith, we provide care and support to babies, children and young adults from birth to 25 years with complex life limiting/life threatening conditions.

Family members are welcomed into our friendly, homely environment where our multidisciplinary team of professionals provide holistic care for the whole family.

1) TEAM LEADER, RSCN/RN CHILD

With at least 2 years post registration experience.

Pay range £27,325 to £39,656

(dependant on experience and qualifications)

Applications from motivated and experienced nurses who relish the challenge of shift management and supporting less experienced colleagues in a palliative care setting would be welcomed.

2) CHILDREN’S NURSE

Children’s Nurse or RGN (with extensive experience working with children with complex healthcare needs)

Pay range £24,801 to £28,144

(dependant on experience)

We are looking for a motivated, compassionate children’s nurse who would work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Full time or part-time hours within the shift patterns or permanent night working will be considered for both posts.
