REGISTERED MANAGER (Desirable RGN/RMN), POOL

Clayton Recruitment specialist Nursing Division is currently recruiting a Registered Manager (Desirable RGN/RMN) for an established and prestigious 60-70 bed Dementia Nursing Home in Pool; the home is easily accessible, holds an excellent CQC rating and comes highly recommended, boasting excellent occupancy levels and an exceptional quality of service.

The role will be full time at a rate of £45,000 per annum, with a £6000 performance related bonus and an excellent benefits package.

As the Home Manager you will:
*To act in accordance with the NMC code of professional conduct and to ensure that the highest standard of appropriate care is provided at all times.
*To ensure that staffing levels are at all times maintained to the levels required ensuring the safe occupancy of residents and that they are adjusted as appropriate to meet the needs of the residents.
*All aspects of the day to day running of the home, ensuring a uniformly high standard of resident care and nursing practice is achieved.
* Have overall responsibility and accountability for the management of the services on site.
*Ensuring that the home is strictly compliant with CQC regulations, and that the home maintains its excellent occupancy levels,
*Ensure clinical records are well maintained and systems are in place for staff to communicate effectively on clinical issues.

Key Requirements:
RMN/RGN (1st level nurse) with at least three years post qualifying experience, two years of which should have been at manager level.
Experience of working with older / elderly mentally frail people or a similar specialty.
Already the holder of or prepared to attain the Level 5 Diploma in Management of Adult Services or
Management of Adult Residential Services
