LEAD NURSE RGN, FAVERSHAM

Clayton Recruitment's specialist Nursing Division is currently recruiting for an exceptional and experienced Lead Nurse (RGN) for our clients 15 - 20 bedded home providing nursing and End of Life Care for adults with Learning Disabilities in Faversham, Kent.

This is a full time position offering a generous salary of up to £15.60 ph, excellent company benefits and a fantastic working environment.

Applicants are required to be RGN successful applicants will have a genuine interest in working with people with Learning Disabilities and in and supporting patients with End of Life Care. Applicants must be able to communicate effectively at all levels, and a current NMC Registration is paramount.

Additional requirements
Experience of working in a General Nursing Care and / or Learning Disabilities
Palliative Care experience
Up to date clinical skills
Self motivated with the ability to lead a team of nurses and HCAs
