REGISTERED MANAGER, NURSING HOME, CROYDON

Clayton Nursing is currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager (desirable RGN / RMN) to take on the role of Registered Manager within our clients 60-70 bedded Nursing Home situated in Croydon.

Ideally applicants will be an experienced Registered Manager / Home Manager, and be able to demonstrate previous experience of managing a home with a Good - Excellent CQC rating. It is desirable that applicants should be nurse qualified.

The role will be full time 40hrs per week of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.

As the Home Manager you will be responsible for;

-All aspects daily operational management and running of the home, ensuring a uniformly high standard of resident care and nursing practice are achieved.
-Ensuring that the home is compliant with CQC regulations, and that the home maintains its high occupancy levels.
-Promoting and marketing the home and ensuring the homes excellent reputation is maintained.
-Motivate, develop and provide clinical leadership for the nursing team.
-Ensure clinical records are well maintained and systems are in place for staff to communicate effectively on clinical issues.
-Ensuring staff have an understanding of best ways to support individuals suffering from Dementia and related issues.

What you will need to apply;

-Experienced Home Manager, able to demonstrate previous experience of managing a home with a Good - Excellent CQC rating
-Desirable Nurse qualified with active PIN registration
-Working knowledge and understanding of CQC compliance and regulatory duties
- Previous experience of working as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager stepping up in a nursing home environment
- Ambitious with a drive to succeed and progress
- A working understanding of Safeguarding and The Protection of Vulnerable Adults
