SENIOR STAFF NURSE RGN / RMN, NURSING HOME

Clayton Recruitments specialist Nursing Division is currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Staff Nurse RGN /RMN for our clients well established medium sized general nursing home situated in Eastbourne.

The role offers a full time contract with the opportunity to work additional hours and requires the successful applicant to work rotational days nights and twilight shifts, the role boasts an excellent rate of £15.00 -£16.00per hour (dependant on experience and qualifications) + benefits

You will;
-Be an experienced RGN or RMN, ideally with experience of working within a nursing home setting.
-Have excellent communication skills and be able demonstrate effective management of a clinical team of HCAs and Nurses, and the ability to step up in the absence of Management.
-Be proactive with a good attitude and a true passion for working within Elderly Nursing Care, Dementia, Old Age, Physical Disability and Sensory Impairment.
-Have an active pin with the NMC
-Have a good clinical skill set.
