Here at St Anthony’s hospital, we carry out Cath Lab procedures from RHC to complex EP cases. This is a rare opportunity to act as a consultant-led scrub nurse 1st assistant. You will work with a large number of specialist consultants from trusts across London and Surrey as well as leading interventional radiologists, including the former and current President of CIRSE. You will also in at the beginning of a brand new structural heart programme, starting with TAVI procedures.

As someone who shares our passion for caring and putting patients at the heart of everything you do, you will be a registered nurse with a proven track record as a cath lab scrub and run nurse. Experience of participating in the on-call rota for cath lab or interventional radiology would be desirable. It’s also likely you’ll be working towards a post-registration qualification. Competent to give intravenous drugs following assessment, you will have empathy for sick and vulnerable patients together with the ability to succeed together as part of our committed team.
