Our Preceptorship programme is designed to develop clinical confidence and guide you through the transition from student to autonomous practitioner by providing a supportive framework. Recognising your achievements so far, this programme will give you further opportunities to gain expert insight and knowledge, and to meet face-to-face with other newly qualified colleagues at workshops.  This blended learning programme will take you on a real journey of career progression - providing exposure to all aspects of our acute and non-acute services, so that you can experience first-hand, our holistic way of working.

We’ll give you the tools, support and provide exposure to experts within the business, but you’ll be in full control of your learning and your future, so you must have the motivation and drive to succeed.  We expect your hard work and dedication and, in return, you’ll have real job satisfaction, feel valued and invested in, and have the reassurance that you’ll be cared for the way you care for your patients – with respect and time to care for individual needs.
