Registered Nurses vacancies

Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 per annum

Hours: 44 hours per week (on roster basis)

Nightingale Hammerson is a vibrant and well established care home operating across two sites, Clapham and Hampstead. We provide residential, nursing, dementia and palliative care to nearly 200 older members of the Jewish community.

We are currently seeking Registered Nurses to assist us in delivering excellent care at our Clapham Home.

We know we are already providing excellence to our residents and we want to work with Nurses who will help us to make that even better; so you will take pride in your profession and value your personal development and continuous improvement of yours and others’ practice.

You will need to be RGN or RMN qualified with a current NMC pin number and have experience of working with older people (ideally in a care home setting). Knowledge and experience of working with dementia and palliative care client groups would be beneficial.

As one of our Nurses you will assess, plan, deliver and evaluate a high standard of person centred care, with a holistic view of the individual needs of each resident. This will involve liaising with residents, relatives, our GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team on site.
