Therapy Services Team Leader
Permanent
Full-Time- 37.5 hours per week
£32,000 - £40,000 pa (depending on experience)
As the Therapy Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and developing all Therapy Services in order to address the needs of patients living with a life-limiting illness, their families and carers. You will ensure that therapies are provided safely, effectively and to a high quality in accordance with professional and local guidelines. You will also provide expert advice, support and direction in complex cases or in difficult and challenging situations.
The Therapy Services Team Leader will also be responsible for the recruitment, management, development and leadership of the employees and volunteers within the team; and achieving the strategic aims of Therapy Services, by working collaboratively with other colleagues across the multi-disciplinary team, and across the organisation.
The successful candidate may be a professional in either the Occupational Health or the Physiotherapy field, and will carry a caseload within their area of professional qualification.
