This is an exciting opportunity to join a close knit and supportive team. You’ll develop your leadership expertise and raise your profile as you help set up and manage the theatre environment. You will support the Theatre Manager in the clinical leadership and management of the department, acting as a role model and mentor to clinical staff. From maximising theatre utilisation to managing staff rosters to enhancing clinical standards, you will drive excellence and ensure the patient experience in our theatres is the very best that it can be.

Whether you are a nurse registered with the NMC or an allied health practitioner registered with the HCPC, you will bring significant experience as a senior practitioner within a theatre environment. Your post-registration anaesthetic or theatre qualification will mean you bring expert knowledge of clinical practice. You’ll add to this a flair for motivating and developing staff, a strong sense of financial awareness and proven auditing skills. Experience in a private hospital would be desirable. Most of all, we’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to succeeding together and our passion for putting patients first.
