Sterling Cross are delighted to be working with a national provider of high quality complex care at home services for adults and children. This allows individuals to stay within their own home to receive person-centred care and support. The company is growing and now cover the West Midlands, North West, East Midlands, Yorkshire and East Anglia and have plans to further this growth in the coming year.

We have an exciting new opportunity to join the team as a Clinical Manager. The position plays a key role in supporting the business to deliver high quality care to meet regulatory standards. The Clinical Manager will form a key member of our growing organisation and contribute to the achievement of the company strategy and objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Clinical risk management and care delivery processes
  • Leading the Governance and Risk Management process and meeting group
  • Review and update all clinical policies and paperwork processes
  • Clinical audits / supervisions / investigations
  • RN interviews / inductions (inc appraisal and probation reviews) and revalidation
  • Business development with existing and new clients (supporting new client presentations or preparation of tenders)
  • Clinical tasks to include care plans, MAR processes, competency assessments and documentation

For this position you must hold a current NMC pin number and be either an RN-Adult or RSCN/RN-Child with up to date clinical skills. You will have a high level of clinical knowledge and passion for delivery of care and meeting regulatory standards as well as excellent communication skills, conducive to developing our clinical capability in a safe and measured way and the ability to work accurately with high levels of accountability is key whilst working closely with the Directors of the business.
