GIRFEC is the national approach in Scotland to improving outcomes and supporting the wellbeing of our children and young people by offering the right help at the right time from the right people. NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde are in the process of introducing the revised Universal Health Visiting Pathway in Scotland - Pre Birth to Pre School in 2017/18.

We have a number of vacancies for Health Visitors across our six Health and Social Care Partnerships (HSCPs): Glasgow City HSCP; East Dunbartonshire HSCP; West Dunbartonshire HSCP; Renfrewshire HSCP, East Renfrewshire HSCP and Inverclyde HSCP. The HSCP is a full partnership between Local Authorities and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde. HSCPs are innovative partnerships, responsible for delivering all local health and social care services to Local Authorities in an integrated way.

Applicants should be NMC Registered Specialist Community Public Health Nurses and hold a current driving licence.
