Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Occupational Health Advisor to join our world class team of professionals on a Full time basis

The OH Advisor will be providing an in-house service to a large and well known corporate banking client based in Bournemouth. The role will be working closely with the Occupational Health Physician and is a varied role ranging from case management to policy development.

This is a permanent post 37.5 Hours per week and annual salary is £37,000 - £42,000 per annum dependent upon skills and experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Carry out case management assessments and provide advice to the Client in report format of any required adjustments to the workplace or role.
  • Conduct workstation ergonomic assessments on an occasional basis specifically where medical input is required.
  • Carry out assessments regarding medical eligibility for the Clients Car Park provision and Sit/stand desk provision.
  • Sign post internal resources and refer to Specialists under the Company private medical insurance, as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining and recording of statistical data compiled regarding OH case management and primary care activities.

Skills & Experience

  • RGN with full NMC registration
  • Minimum of a Diploma qualification in Occupational Health
  • Previous relevant OH experience ideally within a corporate setting
  • Understanding of clinical governance.
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
