We are proud of what we do; Health Business has rated us number three in a top 10 list of mental health providers across the country. And we’ve also been shortlisted for the 2017 British Medical Journal awards.

When you join Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust, you know you’ll be part of an organisation that’s passionate about the service it provides.

You will be responsible for the effective management of the service in the North and West localities, contributing to planning, co-ordinating, delivering and evaluating the service, and take a lead role in developing the team.

You’ll also provide leadership of the service through the national and local change agenda, contribute to the operational and strategic planning for existing and new services to address national, regional and local initiatives.

You will have exceptional communications and interpersonal skills, be a role model, and be self-motivating, committed and enthusiastic. You’ll be based in Banbury or Witney and be able to travel to various sites across the county.

So if you’re as passionate as we are and are commited to further improving the service across the trust, we’d like to hear from you.
