Salary: c £40,000 + benefits
Description: Our client is an independent Diagnostic Imaging Company servicing the NHS and the Private Health sector, They have grown to become the largest independent provider in Europe with a fleet of Mobile and Static Diagnostic Imaging Scanners.
They have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Unit Manager to join their team in their Southend. The role is 0.5 Clinical and the remaining hours will be for management. This is based on a 40 hour working week.
The Unit Manager will lead, manage, develop and grow the designated static unit such that they meet and exceed internal targets, external standards and revenue/margin goals. This will be achieved through effective management of the immediate unit team and wider company resources. This must also be done in accordance with local, regional, UK & company strategies & governance protocols alongside current regulatory standards.
You will be responsible for the implementation of service quality developments, maintaining knowledge of current research, new clinical practices, government guidelines and legislation.
Person Specification: Applicants must be an experienced Radiographer/Technologist with UK experience. The position will require effective clinical overview, patient, people, financial, customer, change and commercial management skills.
