Staff Nurse, Rapid Response Team

£27,091 per year, pro rata, plus relevant shift enhancements

We are very excited to be offering a brand new rapid response service for people facing the end of their lives in their own homes, and for this, we are looking for enthusiastic staff who are passionate about providing excellent care to people when they are most in need.

You will experience as a Staff Nurse, but experience of palliative or end of life care in a specialist setting is not essential. We will provide you with training and support and you will always have telephone advice from a Clinical Nurse Specialist.

This service is provided over 24 hours a day, seven days a week so you will be required to work shifts that will include night shifts. If you are only interested in night shifts, please still apply.
