Are you experienced in working as part of a multidisciplinary team? 
Are you ready to take on more responsibility and move forward in your career to a supervisory role? 

As Team Leader for Chateau Reve, you will be responsible for providing and ensuring excellent care and support for adults with learning disabilities.  The team at Chateau Reve provide 24-hour care and support in a small group home with an attached wing. The service users have a variety of both physical and psychological needs, and require assistance with daily living tasks, and to access the wider community.

You should hold the relevant qualification in nursing or social care and have experience of managing a small team.

We offer a full relocation package which includes interview and relocation travel, this is in addition to our competitive pay and annual bonus.  

Furthermore we offer subsidised accommodation for those travelling to the Island alone, and an 8-year employment permit for those wishing to bring a partner or family.  Please see the link below for further information regarding this.
