East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) supports families and cares for children and young people with life threatening conditions across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk.

We are looking for Nurses to work as part of an integrated multidisciplinary team. Based at our Milton Hospice which has been rated as “Outstanding” by the CQC, the purpose of this role is to facilitate optimum quality of life for children and young people with life limiting or life threatening conditions, and their families.

£22,000 - £35,600 per annum

At EACH, our Nurses have the time and opportunity to provide excellent quality, holistic care that is family-centred, needs led and evidence based. This is achieved through the provision of specialist palliative care nursing interventions based on comprehensive holistic assessment and goal focused care planning. We also provide education and support to both patients and their families, as well as health and social care professionals.

Working one–to-one both in the hospice and with opportunities to work in the community, you will be able to develop your knowledge and new skills in children’s palliative care whilst maintaining your existing clinical skills.

You will also have the opportunity to work in collaboration with other EACH services including the Wellbeing and Symptom Management teams and external services providing care and support for children and their families.

You need to be able to work rostered hours on variable shifts, consisting of earlies, lates and nights, weekends and public holidays.
