Are you a motivated, pro-active Registered Nurse?

Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) is one of the largest trusts in the UK, caring for people with a wide range of physical and mental health needs. We have approximately 7,000 staff who provide healthcare to a third of London’s population and across wider geographical areas, including Milton Keynes, Kent, Surrey and Hampshire.

Do you want to work in an environment which offers you the chance to deal with everything from primary care, to inpatients, to emergency situations?
Do you want to be part of a multidisciplinary team who are developing and striving to deliver high standards of clinical care in a challenging environment?

Yes? Well you could be the nurse for us.

We are seeking nurses to work within our Surrey Prisons and Heathrow
Service. You will be working in a challenging environment as part of a team who not only look after the healthcare needs of the prisoners and centre residents, but who also have the opportunity to have a real impact on promoting health and wellbeing, e.g. smoking cessation clinics.
You will require a special blend of compassion, people skills and vigilance
as well as strong clinical competencies to build positive relationships with prisoners in this unique environment.

Whether you’re carrying out health assessments, running clinics or providing treatment, as part of our dedicated team, you’ll need to be adaptable, able to think on your feet and have a calm, professional manner.
Fast paced, challenging and rewarding. We are open to flexible working and would consider part time applications. We are also looking for general and mental health nurses to join our flexible bank and we also offer bank bonus for our bank staff.

Prospective applicants will be required to undergo Home Office CTC vetting and need to have been resident in the UK for the past 5 years
(Applies to IRC Heathrow only).

As part of our reward package, we offer a golden hello payment of up to £2500. Depending on location, High Cost Area Supplement will be applicable.

For further information or to arrange a visit, contact:
Janice Sparkes at janice.sparkes@nhs.net for Surrey and Amanda Gillett at amanda.gillett@nhs.net for IRC Heathrow.
