Clinical Nurse Manager

Circa £45k per annum depending on experience

Take your career to new heights with this diverse challenge.

Joining the Spire Healthcare team is an experience like no other. That’s partly down to our incredible and modern working environment, where you will witness cutting-edge techniques in use every single day. But most importantly, it’s because our teams work collaboratively to provide an exceptional level of evidence-based care. From support staff to surgeons, everyone works for the benefit of the patients, pulling together to share knowledge and achieve the best results. And it’s precisely this harmonious atmosphere that you can expect to benefit from if you choose to join us.

Working at the Spire Gatwick Park Hospital, you will lead more than one clinical team in providing planned care for patients. Demonstrating your own exemplary levels of clinical skills, you will guide the teams to ensure they are providing the highest standards of care, from initial assessment right through to addressing their changing needs and advising on any after-care. Ensuring we’re meeting our own quality benchmarks, you will maintain awareness of developments in the industry, constantly seeking out ways in which we can improve the service we offer our clients.

As you will be dealing with sensitive issues and contentious information, your compassionate nature will be matched by a high level of IT and communication skills. With great leadership capabilities – confirmed by your previous experience in a performance management role – you will develop the skills and careers of your staff. A registered nurse with the ability to meet financial targets and manage your resources, you will be enthusiastic about increasing the performance of the business, and you will understand how to nurture a positive relationship with regulators and deal with serious adverse events.  Some HR knowledge, plus an understanding of marketing products and services would also be hugely beneficial.

This is a fantastic role with the scope to dramatically improve the lives of your patients – plus expose your own career to untold training and development opportunities – so if you have a genuine love of nursing combined with good business and leadership capabilities, we’d love to hear from you.
