Description: One of the UK’s leading independent providers of Acute Mental Health Rehabilitation Services and Secure Services is now recruiting a Ward Manager in the area of Surrey.

We are looking for an accomplished and experienced individual with proven abilities in clinical leadership and resource management. Clinically based and patient focused, you’ll inspire expert nursing and clinical care through individual and best practice.

You will have a proven record of managing a nursing team whilst maintaining high professional standards. We are looking for a team player who is committed to the development and delivery of evidence based, clinically effective treatment approaches and exceeding our client’s expectations.

The role requires Monday – Friday (9-5) working and the post holder will be part of the senior person on call rota for the hospital.

Person Specification: Applicants must hold a first level registration in Mental Health Nursing ( RMN ) or Learning Disabilities ( RNLD ) within the UK as well as a current, valid PIN. A minimum of 3 years’ experience of providing leadership in a managerial position also required.
