Critical Care Lead Nurse - Cardiff

£39,000 (inclusive of shift enhancements)
Full Time
Join our hospital in Cardiff, and you will be with a committed team striving for excellence. This senior role supporting the Head of Clinical Services will see you assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating critical care for patients in the most efficient and clinically effective way. We’ll look to you to create a safe and caring culture that maintains patient privacy and dignity and champions equality and diversity. A fitting role model, you’ll provide advice and support to other staff in the department and contribute to their training and development.
Critical Care Lead Responsibilities and Experience
• Experience in taking regular charge of a critical care unit
• Comprehensive knowledge of equipment and medical devices
• Knowledgeable on current critical care research and developments.
