INTERIM REGISTERED MANAGER - WALTON ON THAMES
£200 per day
Our client situated at Walton on Thames is a brand new acquisition offering compassionate care to frail elderly individuals or those with dementia. Their passionate and dedicated staff are committed to providing the highest standards of care as well as a stimulating environment for their residents. The home is purpose built and is well regarded locally thought of as a 'home from home'. It is registered with the Care Quality Commission to care for 35 people with development plans for 60 plus.
An Interim Manager is currently sought for an immediate start. You will be RN qualified with up to date care dementia care and management experience to lead and motivate their established and professional care team and to ensure best practice is delivered and maintained throughout the home. You will have significant troubleshooting experience and the contract is expected to run until October.
