Recovery Practitioner (ODP)
Liverpool
£ Band5/6 equivalent
37.5 hours per week, varied shift patterns

Considerate and compassionate, you will provide excellent care to patients after their operations. This rewarding, patient-focused role will see you:
•    Assessing patients’ health and wellbeing
•    Preparing equipment
•    Assisting with the management of care in the operating theatre

 Committed to continuous improvement, both in yourself and others, you’ll act as a role model, take every opportunity for training and play a key role in developing our perioperative service.

You’ll share our passion for caring, with considerable experience of working in teams as a an operating department practitioner. You’ll have developed impressive skills through practice and additional training. Fully aware of health and safety and infection control requirements, you will have strong planning, organisation, and problem solving skills and knowledge of relevant medical devices and equipment. Above all, you’ll be a capable communicator, with the empathy to support our patients throughout their care.
