Clinical Team Leader

Spire Yale

Abergele
£28,000 - £32,000

Providing the very best care is just part of the challenge here.

Part of Spire Yale, the Abergele Consulting Rooms are home to a wide range of specialties. These include orthopaedics, sports injury, general surgery, ENT, oral, cosmetic, urology, vascular, cardiology, neurology, dermatology, fertility, varicose vein laser treatment, weight management, ophthalmology, psychotherapy and respiratory. And, with a really nice team working in a great environment, it truly is a lovely place to go to each day.

Join us as a Clinical Team Leader and you could soon be playing a vital part in our future. Your main challenge will be to provide exemplary planned care while managing your own team. That means providing appropriate clinical and managerial leadership and making sure the team delivers the very best patient care. However, we’ll also rely on you to develop practice in the assessment of health and wellbeing needs, endeavour to improve quality and services and engender a working environment and culture that actively improves health, safety and security.

A highly varied and rewarding role, it comes with lots of autonomy, including responsibility for many of the clinical decisions that need to be made. Accordingly, as well as being a Registered Nurse and professional assessor with proven management experience and strong auditing skills, you’ll need a demonstrable ability to manage staff to meet the daily demands of the business. An outpatients/minor-ops/pre-assessment/BDM background is preferred, while a flair for analysing problems and coming up with viable solutions is essential. Adept at applying clinical reasoning skills to a range of complex patient case mixes, you’re not afraid to challenge consultants in order to influence evidence-based practice. What's more, you're flexible and adaptable, have lots of enthusiasm and initiative and take real pride in everything you do.

In our hospitals, we continue to invest heavily in developing both current and future managers, providing them with the skills to build great teams focused on delivering truly great patient care. In Spire, employees say they feel trusted and respected by their manager and they feel confident in their leadership. We’re proud to say that many of our staff have already been with us for over 20 years, so if you’re ready to join a team where career satisfaction is a given and career progression is encouraged, then get in touch today.

Please call us on 0117 910 3192 for a confidential discussion.
