The Opportunity

An exciting and rare opportunity to join one of Australia’s leading aged care providers in a key regional location as a Facility Manager. We are seeking an experienced qualified Registered Nurse within aged care, hospitals or community care looking to relocate for an exciting Australian sea change.

As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the operation of the aged care facility, and will have demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical setting, in particular you will have a track record of driving staff retention and occupancy rates whilst adhering to the high-quality standards of the organisation.

The Candidate

• The successful candidate will have;
• Current Nurse Registration
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a management role.
• Management skills including recruitment, performance management and rostering.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Utmost respect, empathy and a passion for aged care.
