BENEFICIARY CARE EXPERIENCE MANAGER (BCEM)

PROFICIENT IN ENGLISH AND ITALIAN

IN CATANIA & NAPOLI, ITALY

Your responsibilities

You will work closely with the Military Treatment Facility (MTF) and the TRICARE Overseas regional team in the Assistance Center (AC) to achieve all on-site objectives connected to the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP). This will require close interface and regular communication with several key players in the delivering of care to TRICARE beneficiaries.

Through daily and weekly task completion, you will be the primary co-located representative of International SOS within the MTF and will manage the patient expectation regarding local healthcare.  

You will be required to maintain complete medical documentation throughout the beneficiary episode of care in Italian and English.

You will coordinate a team of Beneficiary Care Experience Facilitators (BCEF) whose primary role is to interface between the patient and the clinical personnel.

Your Profile

  • Registered nurse with a minimum of 3 years nursing experience, you must provide evidence of strong clinical knowledge, preferably with recent experience in hospital based healthcare. Any experience in the business field and/or in the U.S. healthcare service will be beneficial.
  • Must hold registration to practice in Italy.
  • Managerial expertise including personnel oversight required.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills, the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and effective planning and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian.
  • Willing to travel at local and international level.
  • Computer literate with experience in MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
