As part of the Trust’s approach to staff health and wellbeing, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated and occupational health nurse to participate in the development and maintenance of a full Occupational Health and Wellbeing service to the staff of Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and other contracted clients.
The post-holder, under the supervision of senior colleagues, will have day to day responsibility for a designated case load or external contract and will be expected to provide employees within this group with a comprehensive and confidential OH service, whilst working within his/her level of competency.
The ability to recognise the need to refer on to an OH Specialist, is an essential requirement of this post Excellent communication and team-working skills are required as well as knowledge of standard IT systems.
Contract demands may involve a requirement to work evenings, early mornings or nights on occasions.

In addition to the position offered, please be advised that you will automatically be enrolled onto our Staff Bank and will hold an additional assignment as a bank worker.
