To Lead the team as Director of Clinical Services, you will have 10 years of experience in Clinical departments and effective financial management for the clinical resources.

Your competencies with cover:

* Strong organisational and planning skills, including risk management
* Professional Registration required (Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, Pharmacist, Radiologist)
* Possess an ENB 998*, equivalent mentoring qualification or demonstrated experience
* Knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Care and Quality Commission Requirements
* General clinical experience in an acute setting

The role is Full time 37.5 Hours per week

Your KPI's that you will need to evidence:

* EBITDA and profit growth
* CQC reports
* Clinical quality indicators (e.g. infection rates)
* Clinical efficiency across all clinical areas within remit
* Succession and development plans in place for key roles
