Senior Clinical Pharmacist - SYS-21926

At Team24 an amazing job opportunity for a Senior Clinical Pharmacist to join the Pharmacy Department in a private hospital based in Basingstoke has arisen.
The hospital is part of independent healthcare provider with a network of nationwide hospitals & clinics performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare group in the UK.

The ideal candidate must be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council as a Pharmacist, hold a degree in Pharmacy MPharm, BSc or BPharm, have a post graduate clinical diploma in clinical pharmacy (hospital) or equivalent experience and have minimum 3 years registration & 2 years within a hospital environment.

The post holder will be providing pharmaceutical expertise and input to the care of the patients within the hospital.
You will be supporting the pharmacy department to deliver an excellent medicine management service to all customers, supervising the procurement, preparation, dispensing and distribution of medicines.
You will be supervising also the junior staff members in the delivery of the medicine management service, and where necessary to assume responsibility for specialist clinical service. It is also required to support the team to deliver care that helps improve the health of the individual and wider community.
And finally, the Senior Clinical Pharmacist will be supporting the team in demonstrating compassion through effective relationships based on empathy, respect and dignity.
