We are looking for a caring and experienced Registered Nurse to join a team of nurses responsible for the School’s Medical Centre. The Medical Centre is open weekdays from 8.00am to 5.30pm during term time and we are looking for someone to work a total of 22 hours per week Monday to Wednesday plus seven days during the holidays. 

You will be a registered nurse (RN Child) either on part 8 or 15 of the NMC register with relevant post-registration experience or on part 1 (RN Adult) and preferably possess practice nurse and/or A&E or similar and care of children with chronic illness experience. Previous experience in a school and of working with children of all ages is desirable. 

The full time equivalent salary for the post is in the range from £31,070 to £33,630 p.a. inclusive of Outer London Weighting with the potential to increase to £35,480 p.a. subject to performance. This equates to a pro-rata salary of £16,360 to £17,710 p.a with the potential to increase to £18,680 subject to performance.
