Salary: £26,554 to £42,668 Including HCAA per annum

Description: This Hospital group based in South East London is one of the largest teaching hospitals in the country, they are also a world-class centre of specialist clinical expertise and research excellence recognised across the UK and globally for their work in stroke and major trauma, liver disease and transplantation, cardiac, neurosciences, haemato-oncology and foetal medicine.

Exciting opportunities have arisen for Band 5 & 6 Staff Nurses with or without acute experience to work across their medical units at their Denmark Hill site close to central London. They have been working hard to develop their nursing practice and are very proud of their progress so far. They want to continue that development and if you think your patients see you as a compassionate nurse, they would like you to be part of their team.

Person Specification: If you are passionate about providing excellent nursing care and regularly go the extra mile to make a difference then positions within the medical assessment centre, a new acute medical ward, general medicine wards or their health and ageing unit can all offer you ideal opportunities for you to grow and develop.

You must have current first level registration with the NMC

Benefits: 27 days’ annual leave. This increases to 29 days and 33 days after five and 10 years of NHS service, NHS pension scheme. The package is worth almost 20% of pay overall and includes an inflation-linked pension payable for life, life assurance and flexible working.

They are also pleased to offer an interest free loan of £2000 for relocation expenses to any staff that require it, repayable over the first 12 months of their contract at the Trust.
