We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated nurses to work as part of our forward-thinking teams delivering clinical care to patients in their own homes or other clinical settings.
You will provide community nursing care, advice and information to patients and carers with the aim of maintaining patients in their own homes enabling them to enjoy maximum independence and optimum quality of life. You will work closely with our colleagues in Primary Care including GPs and Practice Nurses under the model of neighbourhood working to provide a caring, safe service which best meets local need.
We believe that careers should be developed; ideas listened to, skills and successes valued and recognised. You can expect excellent training and opportunities for development, clinical supervision, and yearly appraisal. Our district nursing service has a specific career progression framework including opportunities to complete the Mentorship Programme, Resource Nurse role and the Specialist Practitioner Qualification in District Nursing.
