Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust (NHFT) has two purpose built inpatient mental health units for adults and older adults in Kettering plus a range of community mental health services across the county.

  • 8 bedded Dementia Assessment Ward at St Marys
  • 16 bedded Acute Admission Ward for Older People at St Marys
  • 8 bedded Dementia Assessment Ward at Berrywood Hospital, Northampton
  • 16 bedded Acute Admission Ward for Older People at Berrywood Hospital, Northampton
  • Opportunities within an array of community mental health services.

 

Our Clinical Leaders are committed to delivering quality care to our Service Users.

We have a Recovery and Co production Focus including the SafeWards initiative, Structured Clinical Management and STORM. Service Users and Carers are actively involved within the Trust at every level.

 We offer a Preceptorship Programme, mandatory and area specific training programme including Teamwork and Personal Safety Course, opportunities for ongoing learning within NHFT through links with Northampton University and The Open University. Opportunities to rotate through the Welland Centre and other areas of the Trust.
