Description: Our client is an independent Diagnostic Imaging Company servicing the NHS and the Private Health sector, They have grown to become the largest independent provider in Europe with a fleet of Mobile and Static Diagnostic Imaging Scanners.

They now have opportunities for qualified and experienced Radiographers or Senior MRI/CT Radiographers to join their sites in the North East of England.

The Radiographer is responsible for the implementation of service quality developments, maintaining knowledge of current research, new clinical practices, government guidelines and legislation. Interpreting, advising on and implementing improvements/developments and practice and overseeing the training of all other clinical members of staff. You will also support the Unit Manager with varying duties across the team.

Must be able to work independently and make effective, sensible decisions without supervision and have the communication skills necessary to discuss cases with referring clinicians and Consultant Radiologists. In addition, they will have the ability to prioritise their workload and adapt to changing demands without detriment to the service provision.

Person Specification: Candidates should be HCPC Registered with previous MRI and/or CT experience who would be comfortable with a wide range of examinations. IV skills are advantageous.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and IT literacy are essential.
