Salary: £38627 to £40968 + benefits including relocation package and lower tax rates
Description: This independent charity provides specialist palliative care to the people of Jersey. The services are delivered through their day hospice and In-Patient Unit (IPU), as well as within the community and hospital. All services benefit from a well-resourced multi-professional team with skills and expertise in palliative and end of life care. These services are provided at no cost to the patient or their family.
They are based in a beautiful location in a new purpose built facility and currently have an opportunity available for a Staff Nurse (RGN/ RN Adult) with Palliative Care experience.
You will provide a high quality specialist palliative care service to patients with a life limiting illness and to provide care and support for the families, carers and those close to them.
You will deliver evidence based specialist palliative care to patients and their families. Have accountability for delivering a holistic approach to providing excellent standards of patient centred care.
Full and Part time hours will be considered!
Person Specification: Suitably qualified nurse (RGN/RN Adult) with previous Palliative Care experience.
