Salary: £28,302 - £31,974 per year
Description: We are looking to recruit a motivated registered RMN to join a dedicated staff team in the Sutton area.
Our ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of CQC standards and be person centred in their approach to care. You will be engaging with residents, enabling them to develop their skills and confidence, including managing their mental health so it is important that you have excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand residents’ needs. As a key worker the company will ensure that you have the time and resources to make a real difference to their residents’ lives.
You will lead a team of Support Workers on a daily basis, as well as being involved in their development and ensuring that their passion for delivering excellent care is continually developed. You will need effective leadership skills, and will be expected to act as a champion for everything that you do.
You must be prepared to work flexibly to a roster of earlies and late shifts which will include weekends. The company are committed to ensuring a work/life balance for all of their staff and can consider requests for cross-shifts and long days.
Person Specification: All applicants must hold a first level qualification in Mental Health Nursing ( RMN) within the UK, along with a current valid PIN
