Are you looking for a new role? Interested in Prison Healthcare, but just are not sure if it would be the right role for you? Due to the success of our last open day at HMP Exeter we are hosting an open day at HMP Bullingdon on the 22/03/2018. We are welcoming Primary Care Nurses (RGN's) and Substance Misuse Nurses (RGN or RMN - with Substance Misuse experience), as well as 3rd year Student Nurses due to qualify 2018 and other healthcare professionals (GP's and Pharmacy Technicians) to come and meet the healthcare team at HMP Bullingdon in an open day. HMP Bullingdon is a Cat B/C prison holding male adults ages 18 and over located in Arncott near Bicester, Oxfordshire. Date: 22/03/2018 Start: 12:00 PM Please note, we do ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes early to pass through the gate and receive your visitors badge for the day. Location: Patrick Haugh Rd, Bicester OX25 1PZ This day will give anyone who may be interested in a career within Health in Justice the opportunity to speak with staff and management who work in the secure environment, an insight to mental health, primary care and substance misuse within the prison, Q&A sessions with our Healthcare management, and finally a patients perspective on what healthcare in prison means to them. During the day we will be speaking with staff about the wealth of benefits that Care UK offers including possibility of flexible working, salary packages and training opportunities. Our staff is at the heart of our business and the impact of a well-supported team reflects in the care we offer to our patients. Strictly no agencies. Note: you will be unable to attend the event unless you have confirmed your attendance a minimum of two days prior so we can organise your gate pass. Please be aware that there are prohibited items within the prison environment such as mobile phones, memory sticks, recording devices, chewing gum. This is not an exhaustive list, if you are unsure please check with gate staff before entering.
