CHILDREN'S NURSES (BAND 5) - LONDON E16
Salaries circa £31,200pa (inc unsocial hrs) pending review - plus benefits

Our client supports children and their families from East London and into Essex to lead as positive and happy a life as possible when dealing with a life-limiting illness. They are leading the thinking when it comes to the future of children's hospice care provision. They continue looking at new ways of working, increasing the number of partnerships with other organisations, providing far more support in the children's own homes and introducing new technologies.

There's never been a better time to join them as they have extended the range of services provided, meaning they are supporting children and families in new and exciting ways. They are looking for motivated children's nurses (RNC/RNLD) to provide a high quality service to children with palliative and complex care needs. The post holders will put children, young people and families first in everything they do, helping contribute towards creating a safe and positive environment. They are dedicated to individualised, quality care and therefore each child is allocated their own nurse or carer and a ratio of 1:1 applied, supported by a senior nurse at all times. As part of their drive to achieve excellence through continual learning and integrity, you will benefit from extensive training and development opportunities within a supportive and rewarding environment so previous experience isn't necessary. This is a unique opportunity to work as part of a care team providing a range of personalised holistic services.

As well as a competitive salary (pending a review) successful candidates will benefit from a peaceful environment that's easily accessible with free parking onsite, plus a range of other benefits including a generous holiday and relocation allowance (where applicable), flexible working, pension scheme as well as the potential for a bursary to support further studies.
