FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY FOR EXPERIENCED CARDIOLOGY & HEART FAILURE NURSES

Here at Apodi, we are managing an innovative drug programme centred around the Heart Failure drug Entresto, for the treatment of symptomatic chronic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction.

We are recruiting Band 6 and above RNs with Heart Failure experience, to manage patient centred Entresto clinics in the following Trusts:

• Wirral Community NHS Foundation Trust – Monday and Tuesday full day
• Aintree University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday full day
• Stockport NHS Foundation Trust- Thursday from 9.30am to 1.30pm
• Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust- Friday full day

Duties of this role include:

• Responsible for initiating and titrating patients onto their medication
• Monitoring the patients within the clinical setting before they are eventually discharged to their GP.
• Ensuring the smooth running of a safe and effective clinic and working collaboratively with the consultants and all members of the multi-disciplinary team.

All applicants must have a valid NMC nursing registration and have passed validation assessments in the required clinical areas and demonstrate on-going continual professional development relating specifically to Heart Failure.
