Rather than spending time in a single area of our homes, our Care Home Assistants move between Care, Housekeeping, and Kitchen roles. So on top of gaining skills in three different areas at once, your day-to-day will be more varied, enabling you to support our person-centred approach to care. If you find yourself drawn to one area of this role, you'll have the opportunity to progress into that area full-time too.

You will need excellent communication skills, to be a real team player, and have a positive outlook. As no two people are the same, caring for individuals is always a learning process, so a willingness to learn and develop is absolutely vital.

Previous experience in care, housekeeping, or a kitchen role would be useful for you, but we will provide full training to make sure you have the know-how to flourish.
