Job Details

Barchester Healthcare is looking for an outstanding Clinical Development Nurse to join our Central Division in supporting a number of care homes within; Oxford, Chipping Norton, Witney, Banbury, Brackley, Cheltenham, and Tewkesbury.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse, to work in alignment with the Regional/Senior Regional Director.

You will undertake research, lead clinical audits and provide reports to support clinical project development and service improvement. You will be expected to support senior clinical staff in the home to manage the care practitioner programme and the revalidation process for qualified nurses. You will also support the management and recruitment of senior clinical staff in the home, including clinical training, skills, supervision mentoring and induction programmes in line with NMC codes.

This role will involve overnight stays and travel across the Division. You may also be required to attend conferences and meetings across the UK.

You must have a valid NMC PIN with up to date clinical knowledge, a flexible and innovative approach to working and the ability to engage with people at all levels.
