AFC band 5 and 6 salary scales plus 5% High Cost Allowance to a maximum of £1,682 pa (except Stevenage and North Herts) Flexible shifts and part-time hours available.
Everyone in the adult nursing team plays a vital role in ensuring patients receive the care they deserve, whilst maintaining our reputation as an NHS trust which is passionate about the community it serves.
Our valued nurses provide care across Hertfordshire within the local community, undertaken in patients’ homes or clinics close to where they live and in local community inpatient units.
Recently rated ‘Good’ by the CQC, our success is based on providing quality community services in partnership with local stakeholders including social care, mental health and acute hospital colleagues working within place based localities.
We will provide you with a comprehensive induction plan, preceptorship and return to practice support (where applicable) and a tailored development plan to support your personal transition into HCT and community nursing.
