Job Details

You deliver the best in care, we'll deliver the best rewards, development and training.

At Barchester, we want to keep all of our homes at the forefront of care. In this role, you'll review and support the performance of every home in your region to make sure it's running like clockwork, and performing to the highest clinical standards.

Every month, you'll review the clinical governance database and our KPIs and analyse the results. Then you'll write a clear report, identifying practical strategies to make sure we're meeting each and every regulation - and improving the care we deliver, too. Working closely with the Regional Director, improvement specialists and senior clinical staff in each home, you'll plan and help implement key actions to address any issues and keep improving standards month in, month out. Whether you're organising new training, helping attract key senior clinical staff, or delivering clinical investigations, your leadership skills and passion for delivering the best will shine through.

To join us, you'll need to be equipped with a current NMC registration, RN (General) and evidence of continued professional development alongside a teaching and mentor or supervision qualification. An experienced nurse, you've worked in a care home environment, and as a clinical mentor, including supporting newly-qualified nurses. You also have a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements. Combining a sharp analytical mind with the ability to share knowledge, build relationships, and deliver on your action plans, your leadership will deliver impressive results.

In return, you'll receive one of the best reward packages in the care sector. As well as a competitive salary, this will include:

* Free learning and development
* Profit-share scheme
* Childcare vouchers
* Retail discounts
* Leisure savings
* Holiday and travel discounts
* Mentor bonus scheme
* Offer to pay Tier 2 visa application fee for eligible nurses*

If you have the unique qualities required for this exciting role and want to work with an organisation that provides the type of care you'd expect for your loved ones, we would welcome your application.

*Terms and conditions apply.

We are always looking for dedicated Bank Nurses, ask how you can join our team.
