Job Details

You deliver the best in care, we'll deliver the best rewards, development and training.

In this role, we'll look to you to provide the very best quality nursing care and the highest clinical standards at Barchester homes across your region. Leading a multi-disciplinary team, you'll make sure that in every shift, at every location, every resident gets care that's tailored exactly to their needs.

Whether you're making sure a new resident is settling in, developing a care plan that takes care of social and psychological needs as well as physical ones, or keeping paperwork strictly up-to-date, you'll be invaluable. In fact, you'll help develop the skills of every team member you work with, and enhance the life of every resident you help care for.

You'll be equipped with a current NMC registration, RGN (RMN/RNLD) and evidence of continued professional development alongside a teaching and mentor or supervision qualification. You have strong up-to-date clinical knowledge and a good understanding of key regulatory frameworks, including the safe administration of medicines, Royal Pharmaceutical Guidelines, and the National Minimum Care Standards. You've also got plenty of experience of producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments, and recording accurate records. Leading by example, your can-do attitude and strong communication skills make you the ideal person for this pivotal role.

In return, you'll receive one of the best reward packages in the care sector. As well as a competitive salary, this will include:

* Free learning and development
* Profit-share scheme
* Childcare vouchers
* Retail discounts
* Leisure savings
* Holiday and travel discounts
* Mentor bonus scheme
* Offer to pay Tier 2 visa application fee for eligible nurses*

If you have the unique qualities required for this exciting role and want to work with an organisation that provides the type of care you'd expect for your loved ones, we would welcome your application.

*Terms and conditions apply.

We are always looking for dedicated Bank Nurses, ask how you can join our team.
