School Nurse - Epsom, Surrey
FTE £30,000 PA equating to a salary of circa £18,350 per annum working 34 weeks per year
Our client is a vibrant co-educational day and boarding school set in a beautiful and well-resourced 80 acre campus below the Epsom Downs. The school educates pupils from age 11-18. The College has recently expanded and opened a brand new Lower School. They are looking to recruit an additional qualified Registered Nurse to join the friendly nursing team in the school's Medical Centre.
The successful candidate will assist in providing 24 hour health care and advice along with emergency treatment as and when necessary, to students aged 11-18 years. The vacancy is for 24 hours per week plus 1 night shift. As a qualified nurse, a genuine interest in the nursing and caring for young people will be essential along with a competent and professional approach. Experience of A&E, practice working or paediatric child care would be advantageous.
